Call for Proposals
NACCOP invites you to submit a proposal to present an educational session at the 14th Annual NACCOP Conference, to be held July 14-16, 2027, at the BWI Marriott Hotel (located at 1743 West Nursery Road, Linthicum, MD).
Proposals for 45-minute, 75-minute, and 90-minute time slots are welcome and may address any topic that may be of interest to Clery compliance officers and professionals. Programs featuring innovative and effective compliance initiatives related to the Clery Act, Title IX, or the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act are strongly encouraged. However, no sessions will be accepted that promote a specific commercial product or service.
All program proposals must be submitted by 11:59 EST on Friday, September 11, 2026. Program proposal decisions will be communicated by Monday, October 5, 2026. Lead presenters will need to confirm their intent to present along with the names, position titles, and institutional affiliations of any co-presenters by no later than Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Presenters will be expected to provide their presentation and any handouts for the conference no later than Monday, June 14, 2027.
