This award will recognize an institution that has implemented an outstanding Clery Act compliance program. Nominations should address how the institution has integrated Clery Act compliance into the day-to-day operations of key units that support the compliance effort and should discuss how the institution implements best and emerging practices to ensure compliance with both the letter and spirit of the Clery Act. (Note: if the institution is undergoing a program review, the institution will be expected to demonstrate that no Clery Act or Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act noncompliance findings have been documented in the preliminary Program Review Report).
