Conference Learning Opportunities (Additional Fee Required)
- Pre-Conference Workshops
- NACCOP offers a variety of half-day and full-day workshops on Tuesday for conference attendees who want to take a deep dive into the topics covered by these workshops. More information about the Pre-Conference Workshops can be found in the Full Conference Schedule.
- Post-Conference Workshop
- Since the 2024 conference, NACCOP has organized a post-conference workshop to explore a topic of interest to Clery compliance officers and professionals. The post-conference workshop is facilitated by a NACCOP Team member and one or more representatives from the U.S. Department of Education’s Clery Group. Networking Event (Additional Fee Required)
Join your colleagues for a night of great company and conversation at Power Plant Live, one of Baltimore’s new and popular Premier Entertainment & Food District. Located just two blocks north of the Inner Harbor, this area is a gem featuring trendy bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues. NACCOP has secured a venue for a private event called PBR Baltimore. Dress down and relax as we come together for fantastic food, lively music brought to you by Mama’s Black Sheep, and a memorable evening that has something for everyone!

Costs
Attendees of the conference must choose one of two packages:
- Package 1 includes the conference registration fee as well as the fee to attend the Networking Event.
- Package 2 includes the conference registration fee only. Attendees who purchase Package 2 will have the option during the registration process to separately register and pay for the Networking Event.

In-Person Title IX Coordinator Class
New to 2025, D.Stafford & Associates is excited to partner with NACCOP to offer the Title IX Coordinator Comprehensive Course concurrently with the NACCOP Conference. The course will run from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm on July 15 and 16 and from 8:30 am – 12:00 pm on July 17. Conference Scholarship
NACCOP offers a scholarship that is intended to assist practitioners who function as a Clery Compliance Officer (as either a primary or secondary role) whose institutions are not able to support the full costs of the Annual Conference due to budgetary constraints. Silent Auction
To raise money for the Memorial Scholarship Fund, NACCOP holds a silent auction at the Annual Conference. All of the proceeds go directly to the Scholarship Fund.
