In order to control costs and keep membership dues affordable, NACCOP does not run a Help Desk for our members. We are a small team, and we do not carry professional liability insurance that allows us to respond to institution-specific Clery Act questions posed by our members. Furthermore, NACCOP does not provide consulting services to members or non-members.
However, we encourage members to pose those questions directly to the U.S. Department of Education’s Help Desk by emailing CampusSafetyHelp@westat.com or by contacting the Clery Group directly at clery@ed.gov. Institution-specific Help Desk guidance has proven to be of benefit to institutions undergoing a U.S. Department of Education (ED) Program Review.
If you would like to submit questions for NACCOP to pose to ED during technical assistance sessions (i.e., webinars and conference sessions featuring ED officials), please submit your questions using our NACCOP Questions for the U.S. Department of Education’s Clery Group form.
If you are interested in obtaining institution-specific guidance through a retainer and/or other Clery consulting services, we recommend you reach out to dolores@dstaffordandassociates.com to learn more about available services through NACCOP’s corporate sponsor, D. Stafford & Associates.
COMING SOON!
Based on member feedback, we will be launching a member-exclusive listserv in 2025 to promote member-to-member interactions and engagement. Stay tuned for more information!
